Mrs. Louky van Olphen-van Amstel
Mrs. Louky was born in a non horsy family, she has been competing at Grand
Prix level in Goodwood, Hamburg, Dortmund, Saumur, Fontainebleau and last but
not least CHIO Aachen.
She has been a member of the Dutch Olympic Team to
Montreal (Canada) in 1976.
After her active riding career she began
judging dressage.
Because she was a very knowledgeable rider, she became in
no time an International FEI-I-judge, judging all the big CDI’s
nationally and internationally.
Mrs. Louky has been very important for
the dressage development in The Netherlands, she has been a National Dressage
Coach Ponies for a decade, during this decade many medals at European
Championships were won. Bronze, Silver and may times Gold ( Birgitt van der
Eijken, individual Gold and Team Gold at the European Championships). Those
young riders are now a days adults and very successfully in the equestrian
world. As a rider, judge, salesman, trainer or coach.
